THE POWER OF SEWING IS IN THE THREAD
Twisting two or more single yarns together yields yarn termed twisted yarn, such as NE 10/1, NE 10/2, NE 10/3, and NE 10/4. We are currently producing up to 8 plies. 16 Marzoli & Murata T.F.O. twisting machines with 6000 spindles are available. 4.5 tonnes of production per day.
Before creating the fabric, the yarns are coloured in the process of yarn dying. The yarn is dyed either in hanks or in packages. Yarns are coiled on perforated cones and placed in a dye vessel while package dyeing. Next, alternately pushing the dye solution from the inside out and vice versa.
The hanks are wound on cones for further processing after mercerizing, bleaching, and dyeing.
